Coming up with a "good" maternity gift often causes many headaches. You want to give something that will benefit the child, but what they already have at home.

In this group we give a number of suggestions of gifts that are often given as maternity gifts.

Many of these are gifts that can only be used after the first year of life. After all, they need very few toys before then and that is usually already in the house. With their first child, Mum and Dad have often already collected a lot and there are more children than the first toys are "passed on".
