Orders placed in our online store before 3:00 PM on weekdays are usually shipped the same day with PostNL.

Other countries: shipping costs upon request

If a product has to be shipped from one of our stores, shipping may take 1 to 3 business days longer. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.

Reflection period & returns
At Hout-Doe, you are entitled to a 14-day reflection period for online purchases. This means you can return your purchase within 14 days after receipt of your order, no need to specify any reason. Product should be unused, in original unopened packaging. Product must be sellable again in the original condition.

After registering your return in time, you have 14 days to send back the product.

If you believe you have received a defective item, please do not return it immediately. Report this directly by email, preferably with a photo, and we will find a suitable solution.

Refund
After receipt of your return, we will refund the full purchase amount of the product (excluding any shipping costs paid for the initial delivery) within 14 days to the bank account number provided by you.

Return costs
The costs for returning your order are at your own expense, unless agreed otherwise.

Exceptions
The right of return does not apply to:

Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products
Products where the seal, shrink-wrap, or original product packaging has been broken, or products that have been used
Products purchased with a discount in the "Sale" category of the webshop
