Reflection period & returns
At Hout-Doe, you are entitled to a 14-day reflection period for online purchases. This means you can return your purchase unopened within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

After registering your return in time, you have 14 days to actually send the product back.

If you believe you have received a defective item, please do not return it immediately. Report this directly by email, preferably with a photo, and we will find a suitable solution.

Refund
After receiving your return, we will refund the full purchase amount of the product (excluding any shipping costs paid for the initial delivery) within 14 days to the bank account number provided by you.

Return costs
The costs for returning your order are at your own expense, unless agreed otherwise with you.

Exceptions
The right of return does not apply to:

Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products
Products where the seal, shrink-wrap, or original product packaging has been broken, or products that have clearly been used
Products purchased with a discount in the "Sale" category of the webshop
