Shipping & Returns
Order in the webshop and in stock, ordered on a working day before 3 pm will be shipped the same day via Post NL. Shipping costs in the Netherlands 5.35 per order. From 75.00 free shipping. If you have any questions, please ask us preferably by email: email@example.com. If orders have to come from one of the stores, shipping can take 1 or 2 days longer.

After receipt of the goods, you must check whether the delivered goods comply with the agreement. If not, you must notify our webshop within 7 days via firstname.lastname@example.org.
You refuse to receive visibly damaged deliveries.
If it is shown that the products do not comply with the agreement, our webshop has the choice to replace the products with new products, to repair them or to refund the invoice value thereof, upon return.
If you do not wish to purchase a product for whatever reason, you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days of delivery from our webshop. Returns are accepted if the product packaging is undamaged and any plastic seal on the packaging has not been broken. After correct receipt, you will be refunded the purchase costs (not the shipping costs). Costs for return shipment are always for your account.
Returns must only be made to the official company address: Hout-doe, Hoofdstraat 58a, 5481AH, Schijndel. Prior to a return shipment, you must contact Hout-doe by email.
PostNL and MyParcel for reliable shipping
In most cases your order will be delivered by Post NL to the delivery address specified by you.
PostNL delivers orders: Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 21:00 and Saturday between 09:00 and 17:00.
As soon as the order has been sent with the courier, you will receive an email from us with the status of your order, in which you can find a Track and Trace code. Via this code you can see at PostNL when PostNL will deliver the package to you.
If you are not at home, PostNL will deliver the package to the neighbors and leave a card in your letterbox stating where the package was delivered. If the postman does not find anyone at the neighbors, the package will be delivered at the nearest collection office. You can pick up your order there up to 21 days after receiving this note.
